    help Having sound problems with arrival xea60

    Good Evening,

    i have an arrival nav. xea60 but I downloaded and installed additional navigation systems on it. I did this for years and it worked well, a few weeks ago however I installed "Becker Mamba 4 Motorcycle Edition 480X272 800X480 9.18.17.0" and "Alpine iGO Primo" some time afterwards I realized that the sound of the arrival device was not working. I checked the settings and they were fine but there was no sound.
    Has anyone else had similar experiences or might know more?

    I made a picture of the sound symbol. A red lined circle appeared since there was no sound.
