    Default Which system?

    Hi everyone

Discovered and joined the forum yesterday as I was looking to install an update or new system for my SatNav.

Its a great forum with an endless amount of information so hope that you guys can help out a newbie.

I have an A-Sure aftermarket car system which at the moment is running an old iGo8 satnav system. It states that it supports Sigic, iGo8, Route66 and TomTom as long as its compatible with WindowsCE O.S.

Would you guys recommend I just update the iGo or should I go for something different?
I must say that i was pleased with the original system, its just that i at least need to update it due to me not using it for a year.

Thanks in advance for any advice given

If you have used iGO8 and you are satisfied, you are free to install iGO Primo v.2.0 (e.g. KIA edition)
If your device has a strong enough processor and enough memory, then use Primo 2.4 (so called CIVIC edition)

Thanks very much for your reply, you guys do a great on this forum.

Thank you for the advice, I'm more than happy to install iGO Primo v.2.0, though is there much difference if I'm able to install the Primo 2.4?

My unit has a 800MHZ Cortext A9 Core CPU with 256M RAM

    Thanks again

Primo 2.4 is recommended for a device of that power
You have most (almost all) references in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

    Question

For several years I have been using iGO Primo in a Chinese navigation head unit with Win CE, which offered:
    1. avoidance of specific toll stations or roads
    2. ability to switch between Here and TomTom maps with an add-on software I had installed.

Now I intend to install a head unit with Android 10 navigation with a resolution of 1024 x 600.

Which is the top version of iGO for Android 10 that offers:
    1. avoidance specific toll stations?
    2. a way to switch between maps too?

By the way, is it possible to install the application on an SD card in Android 10?

Finally, since I have to check navigation applications for a very long time, is iGO still one of the best apps or would you suggest an other one (which of course includes the features I mentioned)?
