Thread: No voice when radio is on

No voice when radio is on
When I turn my ignition on, radio comes on automatically
And than I turn on GPS with İGO primo, I don't have voice,
navigation works OK but no voice.
Than I go back and turn the radio off, than turn on gps and IGO, I have voice.
7.0 inch in car after market cheenese,
1024 * 600 HD LCD touch screen display.
Android 5.1 operation system:
IGO 9
Maps: here 2017 Q2
So please I ask for help here.
İf I was smart enough, I would know how to fix it, but I am not that smart.
Any body can help me fix this proplem greatly would be appreciated.

Hi @ Salimismail
if you are using Car Gps, there is a setting for your car gps device, try to link your gps app with car navigation setting, because if you did not linked the radio audio will stop after gps app audio work.

Which "igo 9"? Each software has its precisely defined label (version). And what device precisely? Any owner manual?
However, here is not a problem to the software itself, but to your device (based on your original statement). I guess (my personal opinion) somehow the radio takes the sound channel, and does not allow another source.
There is already a lot of discussion on the forum about it, try to explore it.

Like I said, I have searched and searched but my head started spinning.
I did not find an answer, that is why I asked for help here.
Not to worry, I will just have to turn the radio off so I can have voice instructions on navigation,
and when navigation is not required, turn the radio on so I have music.
