Win CE 5.0 or 6.0 ?
Tomtom has issues with Win CE 6.0 on devices with 128mb memory (ironically it gives out of memory errors yet works happily on 64mb devices) so probably Igo would be the best option, you'll be able to run a NZ map that's pretty much up to date (currently last quarter of 2014)
i think igo is the best igo8 releases better than others
in pioneer f550bt think we have wince 4 is possible? if is true what kind of maps or navi program can install for use ?
i have a chinese p-navi unit running wince 6 it has four gb memory i have igo truck on it but i was wondering if the garmin dezi software which i am led to belive ic wince compatible is any better for a truck driver if not does anyone know of an accurate good wince software for truckers i could get?
igo8 wince4.2?
Using tomtom navigator 7 on my Win CE 6.0 ASUS MyPal A636N with 64MB RAM. Working good so far.
Dear Friends,
Does anybody knows How to put an Administrator Password in a windows CE 6.0 based device (a chinese GPS Device)
Not possible. Windows CE/Windows Mobile is a single user OS and was not designed with multiple user accounts in mind, thus an admin password was never provided as an option. Whether that changed in the Nokia Lumia line of smartphones I don't know, as I switched to Android once I saw the tile-based interface coming for Windows Mobile.
