A large pile of UK 1:25 Ordinance Survey maps and compasses, no batteries or satellites required lol.
A Nikon D5300 DSLR with a rubbish GPS built in, so I use... a "Solmeta Geotagger" plugged into the camera. (For those unaware of what it is.. It's not something you can navigate by - BUT - it does log the GPS co-ordinates into the photo EXIF data that can then be viewed in Basecamp or Google Earth to find the photo location. )
