Thread: which one are you using frequently : Smartphone vs. Dedicated Car GPS (PND) ?

Just replaced my old Aldi sat nav with a chinese one for £32, does lots of things even plays films. I use it on my motorbike with speakers in the helmet. It has a headphone socket when tt & garmin etc dont! It is also realy loud & has dynamic volume so that the sound goes up the faster you go. Shows all speed cameras including mobiles etc. runs igo8. cant see why you need to use anything else at a rediculous price. Tried my smart phone on my motorbike but found it too messy especialy if it rang I would lose the app. much better to use a stand alone gps.

I am using GPS Navigation (PDA) as I have setup it very well and it works the most of thing there, but smartphone navigation is as backup
