Mostly smartphone, as I have few different navigation systems installed, so I can switch from one to another quckly if needed.

Old Mercedes with 2015 maps. It works great most of the time. Unfortunately MSI updates are disgustingly expensive!
I occasionally use my phone's GPS when going to an area with new roads.
