Yes. JCV files and Map Version are interdependent, even with NT & NTU of same version.

2455 is in the list, therefore any of same series [24x5] is NTU capable. See Post #5 by catymag:
.... Listed devices have officially support for NTU maps, this is incontrovertible evidence naturally, same HWID devices should have too, so if 3450 is listed ,3490 will have too.
Just to be clear to save users asking similar questions: The Series determines whether units are NTU capable. Taking the US/EU 24x5 models as an example, they are ALL NTU capable. The 3rd number only differentiates between some added or lacking features [such as BT, ASR etc or in some series, the map regions loaded as OEM], and doesn't ever alter its map capabilities.
