AE = Asia, East (Japan, China, Indonesia, etc.)
AW = Asia, West
EU = Europe (includes Mediterranean Sea)
RU = Eastern Europe / Russia
SA = South America
AF = Africa
CA = Canada
PC = Pacific Ocean (Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
US = U.S. and the Caribbean

Size of coverage (z) codes include:
P = petite/ x small
S = small
R = regular
L = large
X = x-large
