ohh I thought it will be another menu appear for 3D building.
I have downloaded 3D map, but where can I put GMAP3D.img files? in which folder?
I saw that tuboccc post regarding DIY to install mic, but i'm not that expert to do it by myself
So far I'm happy with feature: 3D buildings and terrain, JCV, lane assist.

You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
In 34x0 3D buildings can be enabled/disabled in Map Layers but i don't think that feature is available in 37x0. If you want that and other featured such as video & mp3 players convert it to 34x0: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], but be aware that if you have an Asian unit the process is irreversible and will forever be a US/EU 3450 [see warning at base of first post], and also read this thread for possible sat accuracy problems: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

I thought I passed this info and confirmed that the turboccc RGN patch still works with the latest firmware version 5.0 on 3760LMT unit (mine is the US version) to enable 3790 functions (voice recognition and 3D). I did it last year with firmware 4.90, but was unsure whether firmware 5.0 would work until I did the upgrade/patch yesterday. The new voice recognition file (via WebUpdater), new ASR and SRX and 3D still need to be updated/copied in order to work properly with the 2014 map.

Thanks Neil. Typo..I just updated my post. After testing for 2 days, I don't see any problem with the patched firmware. The satellite accuracy shows at 3m, which is very good.

Can anyone link me to the 5.0 firmware (gcd) file, other than Garmin site? Thanks.
Thanks Catymag!
