I am about that too! But there are in factory preloaded files...
Yeap, Garmin update server does not know about these two. What about 006-D0952-09 & 006-D0952-10?
I found it in all new Nuvi 1xxx, but no info in inventory!

Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?
HI catymag.
I did as you said in he folder options and connected my device. Inside my .system folder I have a FOUND.000 folder which is of 1.36GB and contains File0000.chk files (from from file0000.chk to file4662,chk).
What is this. And my basemap as I mentioned earlier is AMR Autoroute Basemap NR 2.00.
And my nuvi 1300 has been changed to 13xx while I unlocked the Updated North America map from the garmin site. Any solution for that
That folder is created automatically when we run the chkdsk scan or possibly another disk checking utility. When errors are found such as lost clusters on your drive, Windows will fix the errors but depending on whether or not you have chosen to convert lost clusters or chains to file, windows will create these folders sequentially starting with .000.
The folders contain files with names File0000.chk, File 0001.chk and so on. These file are created to save any lost data during the chkdsk fix.
Probably you havent safely disconnected your nuvi from windows, or something similar.
About 13xx instead of 1300 ,it means you lost your model number in Non Vol memory.
Check your Garmin device.xml ,as said in another thread. Please for help post in Firmwares section.
You have to navigate to get to the good.

Hello all, I has a question, for Montana 650 could we put 3d map? Thank you for your help and answer.
I have a question for the experts.
One of my GPSs is a 2012 model, nameley nuvi 2595LM. When I connect this device to computer, it doesn't show up as a new drive letter (or two drive letters if the the SD card is inserted). I'm using Windows 7 and this GPS shows up under My Computer as a new device (nuvi 2595), then under that I have "Operational Memory" and "SD Card". These two are NOT drive letters. Also, there is no hidden or not hidden \.system folder available. I assume the name of .system is encrypted and thus not available to Windows. Actually I know it's encrypted because when I run TreeSize, a software which calculates the size of every folder on a disk connected to a computer, it gives me an error, something about the name of the folders using not allowed characters. TreeSize can't see anything on the nuvi 2595LM memory or on its SD Card.
All the folders (except .system, or whatever it's named on this device) in internal memory or SD are visible to Windows Explorer, but none of them contains any maps (gmapprom.img, or any others). I'm sure they are located in the invisible system folder, but I couldn't figure out how to get there.
Any ideas guys?
