    I just figured out that I had the wrong JCV file. I got the right JCV file and now it works. Thanks Roger!

    Thank you for the bootable SD, I presumed that I can remove those files the next time I reboot?
    Anyway to flash MY/SG firmware to my US set to have JCV for asia?

    Yes, you won't need the files again afterwards. This is a 'one time only' upgrade, features are enabled permanently. From your other posts you have a US 1350, the only possible feature to enable in it is JunctionView.

    Don't try this unless you are experienced and/or willing to risk the unit. Many EU/US 1xxx have been bricked by users trying to cross-flash to Asian fw. Use the original boot.bin and you should be able to recover it. Don't ask for further help in here on that as it's OT for this thread. Post elsewhere if you are determined to try, but personally i wouldn't bother just to try to enable SG/MY JV. There are always downsides.

    Lollypop means if you already have installed a firmware with enabling features logo you can update the firmware to a new official one without loosing all the enabled features-
    So you can use an old modded one and then update by webupdater

    If you don't want to downgrade to fw v6.10, here's the updater for 13/14xx with 6.20: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    Full credits to lolypop000! (all i did was replace the earlier boot.bin with 6.20 boot.bin).
    PS: for non-mtk HWID 0972 only.
