The difference is the number of junction views only. Use either, they're the same other than views and of course file size, ~664MiB compared to ~312MiB so proportionally there should be over twice the views in the larger file. The rest of the post you partially quoted gives that in brief:

hi may someone integrate JCV future in new GARMIN firmware 6.30 like it was before in 6.20 with Acleite SD method? My wife just updated my nuvi 1350 thru GARMIN EXPRESS with new software 6.30 and maps, and JCV not working now, i tried EASY method by Acleite after that, doesnt help for me.... any advice apriciated.... Thanx
There are not any reason to modify software again if you had performed action successful once. I tested new software on my device and do not have any problem. May be you have some problem with map update?! Try once more...
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

I agree with Giomen, it's not a problem with the new version of unit software. These features are enabled permanently by the change of logo splash version in the unit itself, all the functions are already in the software but normally are enabled or disabled in certain unit models by the splash number.
Although Garmin Express should have loaded the new JCV file to go with the map update [the map version and jcv file must match]. Check that you have the new file by comparing the file name to what's available in the NA 2016.10 thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [assuming that's the version map you have]. Also check that you don't have the new file on the unit and the old file on a microSD card, or vice versa, because that can cause conflict problems.
BTW, if you've flashed the logo.bin again using Acleite's V6.20 you'll have overwritten the unit's boot sector and you should re-flash that to V6.30, otherwise you're using an older ramloader to load the newer system software. If you don't know how to correct that, post again advising the HWID of your 1350 [0972 or 1104] and we'll make you a file.
