This is how to.
Open en_GB.glx and copy header section as below.

Next :: Open another .glx file that you won't use ie FR language ., you will see heaader as

Next :: Delete FR header above and replace with en_GB header.

Now you have FR menu language with en_GB header.

Next :: edit dispaly name

Now you will get a modified menu prompt to select., and ASR icon will appear.
But menu language is FR., so the next step is to replace the rest of this file with your regional menu language.
After that ., you will get ASR icon with your menu language.
The next step is ., to translate your language to ENG for ASR feature only.

And then you will get ASR feature with your language (That garmin still disable ASR function for your language menu)
