Timezone map is the same for all nuvis.
Every region has its own DEM map.
CNEU ASR should work for a smaller region too, CNNAM ASR wont work with CNNAM if it 's not the entire map.
Every CN has its own additional files,ASR SID JCV 3Dbuildings map etc; they wont work with a different release.

You have to navigate to get to the good.

Can the ASR & JCV files all go in the "Same" folder, or do they each need their own folder?

ie: I have used Mapsource to send the CNE maps to my Micro-SD card on my 885, now I have to copy over the JCV files.

Do I create ANOTHER JCV folder on the SD card or copy the CNE JCV files into the JCV folder on the main unit that was created when I loaded the CNNA maps using the Garmin Map Updater ?

I think you can put both in the same SD/Garmin/JCV

You have use the same folder for all ASR & JCV files on SD for all maps.
Even if partial contents was loaded by MapSource a full JCV for coverage of partial contents work fine!
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?
