In step 3.a), you go to Mapsource Utilities/Manage Map Products and a dialog box is displayed, the map is listed, you select it, and then click the buttom Unlock on Line (This is the only button available related with unlocking) and then it goes to a web page, I installed Comunicator, then at the end of the page my garmin device is detected and aks for serial number and product key. I dont know what are this numbers, would you help me. I cant unlock the map i want to. Thank you.
