You can't use the Pacher to advance the firmware version as the Firmware is not recognized by the Patcher. Maybe another member could help advance it another way sorry I can't help.
Are you sure your HWID is 3341 as you suggest bumping the firmware to 9.90 which would be logical for HWID 3061 currently 9.70 ?
