Likely they won't "fix" it either. Support might offer some generic (and for you, pointless) tips to reset it or update the firmware, then suggest that you use their repair service (really, it's only a replacement service). Because the watch is (presumably) out of warranty, they will probably only suggest a refurbished replacement equal-exchange for a fixed fee which is often far more expensive than buying a good condition 2nd hand device. If you disclose its recent history they may not even offer that.

Garmin is what's known as a fabless manufacturer which means they don't have their own fabricating facilities. They design their products but contract manufacturing to others, usually specialized electronic plants in Asia which they strictly quality-control. They routinely return faulty products to those factories for "refurbishment" rather than maintain proper repair departments themselves. So, they effectively only offer a replacement service rather than physical repairs for devices both within warranty and ex-warranty. Some Garmin branches in certain countries/areas of the world might do some basic parts replacements and also attempt software recoveries frequently but i doubt at the level of expertise required to recover your soft-bricked fenix.
