Is there any way to fix this device? I found a firmware and managed to flash it but without success in removing the corrupted files.

Did you do a master reset of the device?
If after flashing you still have damaged files, then it is possible that the memory chip is damaged
Edit
something caught my eye - you said the maps are corrupted? Memory card?
There is no memory card in the device. It has happened to me on other navigations when the file with the map is damaged that the device cannot start. After making the cure firmware and deleting the file, the navigation starts. However, this method does not work here since the system is Android.

The known common method to revive a soft-bricked device which has Garmin's proprietary firmware and OS loaded is to make and load Cure fw to restore Mass Storage Mode capability, replace the offending files/s with known-good ones, then re-load Normal fw. You clearly understand that process and wish to do that for your dezl LGV 700.
Unfortunately we're unable to help you in making a cure fw for it because of its TYPE of fw and OS. There are many other newer (and some older) Garmin models which use either Android or Linux OS derivatives and there isn't any publicly known way to make cure fw for them either.
Someone with a deep understanding of and programming experience with those other OSs and fw types may be able to do something similar to make appropriate cure firmware but we can't here, sorry. Should you find a solution to your problem please let us know it.
