Hello from a newbie in sunny North Yorkshire.
I have an "Incompatible Audio Version" message on my Nav V. I also have no voice prompts and the "About" screen advises the Audio Version is missing.
Is this fixable please? Can I reload the v3.50 firmware in some way? Is there any other way I can get the functionality back please?
I have some technical knowledge but a lot of what I read on this forum goes well over my head.

Probably you've inadvertently lost/deleted the original Voice *.VPM files and/or you've loaded files meant for another model and unsuited to your device. Connect it to Pc to see what's in the Voice folder, make a back up of any files in there and remove them. Reboot it and then connect to GarminExpress or WebUpdater and see if correct replacement files are offered.
