UK is off from EU and all their prices to EU customers of course are did skyrocket.
USA as well, sending unit there and back would cost twice of price new unit.
Did sent direct mail to Finland support, well hope i get some answers/approximate cost price for fixing it.

andrus, no one will fix anything. Garmin official policy is only the exchange one device to the other. Even you have spot from ink on chartplotter for 1000000000 dollars.
You can expect the only tech support.Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

Used Colorado 300 the market value in estonia is 20-30 eur.Does it make sense to repair it?

I think it is time to move on.
This has gone on for a number of weeks now.
User's have tried to help you.
The Unit is broke and you do not seem to want to put any money out for a exchange of the Colorado® 300.
Or
Get a replacement new model.
It looks to me that you do not need this Colorado® 300 very much or you would of spend some money on it.
Either get a second hand one or buy a new Colorado or some other model and be done with it.
Sometimes we just have to except the facts you are not going to get it to work.

Jakari is reseller, they point u to Garmin Europe, most they do is restore map on less than 2 year device.

yes they may sell for trhis price, but then i'd expect from u pm with clue what u did do tro get maps shown to truely earn this 20 eur U charged me ...

But still no maps show up, so basically u'r payd service was no use, due someone pin-pointed my fault in this very forum for free, but i had device already sent to u, sorry but i feel frauded, for u if u want buy it i'd sell it for 50€ arvi, to get my wasted money back.

One side note tough - some 600 MB of hidden software is sort of missing. Colorado used to come with 384 Mb internal memory, this unit shows 1 Gb RAM, which of 109 Mb is used by maps.
