Hello Guys,
I have an old Nüvi 205 and Nüvi 250.
They are NOT Wide. (not 205W and 250W)
They are very good units, with new battery. Both battery lasts for about 3-4 hours.
I decided to use them on my bicycle. Everything fine with them, the only problem is: GPX files can not be uploaded.
Please, maybe somebody could help me.
I need a modified firmware. If I could upload gpx files, it would be the best navi for cycling!
I dont want to spend 200-600 eur for a cycling unit...

All you need to do is copy your GPX files to the folder \garmin\GPX be it on the memory of the unit or the SD card is you have one.
Connect your Garmin to your PC via the USB connection.
Copy the GPX files to the correct folder........

This unit can not accept gpx files. Yes, You can upload it, but there is no option in the menu to use the gpx file.
this is the reason i am searching for a modified firmware.
ooops, sorry, yes, I asked this past year... sorry...
but still nothing.

But i cant find it on the nuvi. So i can not use it.
I read this unit can not use gpx files...
Are you sure its able to use gpx files?
