    Default Garmin DC50 Firmware Cleared

    Hello,

    I was updating my DC50 collar with Updater.exe while USB disconnected by touching the cable.

    Old firmware has been cleared by updater but new firmware not installed. So my collar doesn't start anymore and isn't seen by updater in USB.

    Could someone explain me how to transfer my firmware in the motherboard?

    try a hard reset (opened it and disconnected the battery, waiting a few minutes andreconnected)

    Try with updater.exe connect the dc50 and keep presing the power and see if the computer recognizes it... I do not know anything else sory
