Changes made from version 2.80 to 2.90:

• Added notification for not being able to unlock or authenticate maps.
• Added support for loading course Pars based on gender setting.
• Added gender selection to device settings.
• Improved club tracking interface to only prompt for Driver once.
• Fixed issue with not being able to clear alert pages if the screen is locked.
• Fixed issue with Driver distance not saving properly when using metric units.
