Did a road test and the gps seemed to work fine. Found gas stops ahead and bluetooth works . Also to transfer data from basecamp and mapsource do the following.
bring up the Volume screen and press on the upper right corner on the screem for about 10 sec.
Select Configuration and Settings
Select MTP Settings
Select either of the Mass Storage settings.

you will now see the zumo in either mapsource or basecamp.
