Miscellaneous traffic translation updates.
BUT! On 3597 after this update Russian Milena (TTS3) start announce next turns in slightly different style.
Before it was like а command to driver (Поверните направо (Turn right)), now she makes a turn WITH you (Поворачиваем направо (We are turning right))
I can't test it now on other languages and don't know is it change only on russian or not.
