Connect plotter to PC, look for GarminDevice.xml in Garmin root folder. Open the xml file with a web browser and look for:

<PartNumber>006-BXXXX-xx</PartNumber>
XXXX is HWID.
Or, anyone know HWID for GPSMAP721xs?

Eureka!! 721xs can not be conected to PC, but one can find the xml file on the SD card. The nummber is: 006-B1667-00
