i have a problem with garmin 3790,after firmware update,the device can not operate properly.
when i power it on,once garmin logo appear, it shut down and reboot again and again.he firm ware

i tried to downgrade the firmware,but i can not keep in pre-boot mode and can not recognize in the PC.

any one can help me.
