I know that your nuvi work OK, but we repair problem with GTM when user downgrade Firmware of nuvi to previous version.

Downgrade your nuvi FW from 4.40 to 4.30 or some more old FW and after downgrade try if GTM will work or not.
Then use webupdater and install back FW 4.40 for your device but Don't upgrade GTM FW.
