    I think there is another way, but I'm not sure it can work with your model, so better to wait for kunix or Lolypop000.
    Have you tried to run chkdsk on sd card?
    Try to format it with a phone

    OK, i'll wait/
    No i have't tried to run chkdsk yet... Just now tried and PC can't do it - disk is inaccessible...
    And RAW format in disk features...
