I did not see your PM until today, I send you an email.

I did a new installation of the backup as you said. Made format with Rmprepusb to FAT32 then immediately unzip backup copy on nuvi, bat the result is the same no navigation, no voice.

I sent you garmindevice.xml on your email to create complet backup. thanks

Take some photos of inventory, you can see where the possible error if any. please help
