Hi I have a Garmin 60CSx unit with sw 4.20 and GPS sw 2.40m I downloaded the updater but could not find the required Turkish language file.
Anybody can help?

There is no additional language file for this device! Choose Turkce language in menu and get below:

There is no Tukish language option in the menu.That what I am saying.

From where have you bouth it? USA? Then most probably this is the reason you don't have Turkish. Giomen is correct that in the european version there is Turkish. Just to remember how unlocking language was...Changing basemap?

You can patch firmware to select different 4 languages then in original configuration or you can flash basemap other then American. Changing basemap activates all languages available in firmware.
Flashing basemap is not a standard procedure, you need special firmware in rgn format, which contains basemap. All is ready in this file:

Do it all on your own risk. I know it works for SiRF version of 60CSx, I won't expect problems with MTK version, but I haven't tried. Credit to gps-forum.net.
