Bricked paperweight.

Dead Nuvi,hwid 0851.Killed it (i think) trying to charge battery with small solar panel.Battery was already very low.Now i've got a boot loop.

I know this is a tired subject in here,Nuvi 200's very old but i'm thinking it's a hardware problem.I've tried some cure methods in here with no luck.Thoughts anyone?

If it boots and you can get Garmin logo probably you can recover it

Thanks catymag but i can't get past "loader loading" screen (frozen) with the cure.Also,can't find a firmware that's older than 7.60 for my unit.

HWID 0851 is 2x5 , can you check your model with care?
I have some firmwares but be sure of Nuvi's HWID
To easily get preboot follow with care this thread:

Yep,it's 0851.Checked with g7.Must be one of the newer Nuvi 200's.If you've got other FW's that'd be great,no guarantees but worth a try,

851 is 2x5 : which firmware version do you want ? I've almost all from 2.70 to the latest ones.
For example:

Do you check Hwid before you try some cure FW from Noeman or after you flash different FW?
Nuvi 200 have HWID 660 and latest FW is 5.10
Look label on your nuvi, what model do you have writen on it?
