Garmin do not have the feasibility do it! It is trend not only Garmin but car, onboard engine and other thing. I have many my own tragic experience in such fields.
For example of the most obvious constructor omissions. Broken transmission actuator was mounted from lower side on 4x4 Japan(!!!) vehicle far away from civilization. Lamp of dead on Volvo onboard engine was turn off the engine in very disturbing Baltics due to incorrect inner program.
