I totally agree.
In the past I have been discussing GPSMAP 60/62 firmware bugs quite often with the Garmin Beta-team. One day, after another discussion about a problem that was very obvious (but they didn't seem to bother) I couldn't rsist to say "don't you guys ever leave the office to take a walk with your GPS and see if it really works?"
I didn't receive any answer to my bug-reports ever since.....
