Yes, of course. I downlod gcd file from Garmin server, change HWID in RGN tool and flash into Fenix. It works correctly. When you connect Fenix to PC, you need to hold UP arrow for updater.exe connection.
In Quattix is almost same menu as in Fenix, only Tides and Marines services, Autopilot setting and sailing tool is added.
