had installed before version 1.4

please help me I wanted to dnx7280bt kenwood navigation update.
I had the old version 1.4 to 1.7 I downloaded the Kenwood side.
Everything he said made you remove the USB drive, and has pulled out of the system does not start it.
Image is switched on only in the Kenwood and then not responding.
