for 48 pin TSOP package have to buy socket which is not so expensive, but for BGA you need expensive one or to use wires for programming, in two cases you have to make rebolling and to have hot air (infrared ) bga station which is expensive one and experience to make reboll. And to buy balls i thing 0.4 mm for nand.
if you like to du unexpensive programmer buy PROGSKET 1.2 completed with infectus programmer arround 40 euro , 48tsop clip for 20euro connect with short wires and put in shielded case.
