Looks like it was all revolved around the file system formatting. Using RMPREPUSB did the trick. Now it's happily restored for the most part using the webupdater. Yay!

I do notice a couple of things:

1) "Firmware Update for GTMxx Traffic Receiver" wont install with a "Access Denied" error. I assume I will need to plug the USB traffic receiver in with the unit some how to make this happen?

2) Themes are gone, only option is the default Garmin blue color theme, not the green that came with the unit. Is there a way to retrieve these theme files as Garmin doesnt seem have removed them from manual download.
