Garmin Nuvi 37xx Factory Reset

Method 1
1.Start with the device turned off and unplugged from power
2.Power on the device
3.When the first copyright screen appears press and hold the lower right hand corner of the display portion of the touchscreen
4.Remove your finger from the touchscreen when "Erase all user data?" appears
5.Touch Yes

Method 2
1.Turn the nuvi on
2.Touch View Map
3.Touch the data field that displays speed
4.Touch and hold your finger on the center of the speedometer until the screen changes (about six seconds)
5.Touch Clear all user data
6.Touch Yes to confirm

I guess you can try just method n one , but I'm afraid it wont help, follow lolypop advice .

Lolypop seems complicated and so easy to do more damage?

You have a corrupt file in your nuvi. You need to get it out it's most likely Gmapprom.img, but could be another file.
If you Speak to Lolypop Nicely he will help you to get it fixed in no time.

Method 2 works fine.
