Hello friends! I just found this info and successfully upgraded my Nüvi 40 to Nüvi 42. Very nice! No new features as far as I've seen yet but very cool new menus and icons so I think I'll keep the 42 firmware. Only problem should be future updates. Where can I find and download these? Running WebUpdate reverts back to latest version of Nüvi 40 firmware.... Anyway, big thanks to all contributors here.
Regards, Medallian
