When you buy new Nuvi there is no GUPDATE.GDC inside. (I speak for 3490 LMT South-Africa Model )
Need to wait for Firmware Upgrade for this 140/150 model to get GUPDATE.GCD

A simple problem to solve: just use the webupdater with a Virtual Drive with Garmin folder and GarminDevice.xml of the nuvi 140/150T. The GUPDATE.GCD is downloaded in folder .System created by WebUpdater. Additional updates can also be downloaded. As we do not know which the first version of the firmware installed is desirable, but not mandatory, to change it to 1.00 or below in GarminDevice.xml
