Not really any need to change Post #1. Whatever the backup of your bin file is called it is still a copy of region 41. You can also choose to save it in a folder, rather than in the root of the card, i.e. you may choose to write the text as:
    rrgn,41,1:/BACKUP_OF_ORIGINAL/41.bin
    reboot
to write it to that folder, or you could write it to the Garmin folder. And you may also choose the name of the file as bpb has told you. i.e., instead of '41.bin' at the end of the first line of text, you can have 'backup_41.bin' or 'orig_41.bin' or reg_41.bin for instance.

Doesn't much matter what you name the file within reason, or whatever path you choose for the backup. Just matters it's done.
