Ok, i'll check 4.50 version, version 2.50 has 0x66 region.
*Update:
Unfortunately with 4.50 it won't flash item with message "device is unable to program requested memory region"?
All firmwares to 3.60 version it flashs, but 3.90 and higher won't flash, with same message like for 4.50
Anybody with some similary expirience, some suggestion, advice, what next to try or to bring it in trash
