Do not PM me with questions. That's what a forum is for.
How do you manually replace the image in the BIN?
I use a hex editor, copy the octets from 16-bit image and paste it in the .bin

Is there anyone please who would create a BMW boot logo for the Nuvi 595LM ... Somehow I get lost in the manual and I'm worried that I won't have a brick from the Nuvi ...

By your earlier posts it seems you have a zumo 595. I've not heard of a nuvi with that model number.
A preliminary check needs to be be done to ensure the task can be completed using only GIR_Editor, i.e. without using an hex editor, to insert the image into a BIN file. So you need to supply a copy of the device's region 16 containing the present logo image (see [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for details on how to copy that using rrgn command). The BMW image that you wish to use will also need to be supplied or a link to an existing one.
Hi Butters, yes I have a zumo 595 and I have already used the HARLEY DAVIDSON logo from bert smith .. I tried to create the logo myself according to the instructions from CATYMAG, but somehow I didn't understand everything ... Where should I send a copy of area 16 and the BMW image must have what format and size?

I gave you the link to Post #91 in the previous reply, there you will find the templates to copy region 16. Use the one with path "2" for the card if yours is an MTP device.
The intended replacement logo image must have the same format and picture size as the original.
Hi Butters ... JJ I've read something, but I'm confused. If I may ask you, could you please write me a step-by-step guide on how to proceed to point 1 I'll open RGN_Tool ...............? Catymag wrote the instructions, but I don't understand them ... The BMW logo can be a jpg and where I adjust the image to the correct size .... Thank you very much for your help and I appreciate your time .... Yes, my device is MTP and it is a ZUMO 595

Download the file named "NV rgn16 dump&write Template - to 2.rar" from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Extract the RAR file somewhere convenient to find Garmin\Updater\xxxx folders. Re-name the folder xxxx to 2436. In that folder is Update.txt, open it with Notepad and remove the entire second line, the one starting with 'xrgn'. Be sure there are no spaces, blank lines or carriage returns anywhere before saving it. What you should have is this:
1. Open the zumo firmware GCD file in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and save the boot.bin from first section, name it Ldr.bin - see behind spoiler below:Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
Spoiler:
2. Place the Ldr.bin file in the 2436 folder with the modified Update.txt.
3. Copy the Garmin folder into a CLEAN microSD card.
4. Ensure the zumo is completely OFF, not just in standby. Insert the card and turn on the device. If the battery is low or unreliable connect to a suitable external 5V power source to power it on (don't use a PC usb port to power it on).
The device should start to boot and then show "Loader", "Software Loading" or similar message on it's screen. Leave it until it finishes, it's finished when it re-boots normally.
Remove the card and you should have a new file named "16_backup.bin" in the root along with the Garmin folder.
Open 16_backup.bin in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Behind next spoiler is "example only" from a nuvi 3590:
Spoiler:
Report what GIR_Editor shows for your zumo's logo as to both format and picture size. Then we can see if it's possible to modify your logo to BMW without complicated hex manipulation. If it's suitable we can proceed further.
