GTM36 and GTM26 problem with TMC on nuvi series 2xxx and 3xxx

I've checked, and trafficprovider.xml was there, and gtm firmware was up to date.

Then, after deleting the region 41 file, the gtm started working again but:
after the reboot, the nuvi said it couldn't unlock the maps, so I tried to upgrade them with map updater (from 2013.10 to 2013.20) and maps now are working.
The problem that I still have is that every time I start up the nuvi, he keeps asking the country and the agreement for the contracts.
I've changed the MTP and screensaver settings, and the nuvi remembers them, so it's not like at every reboot the device just resets forgetting everything saved.
Do you want me to post the 2 reg41 files to take a look at the differences?
fw now is 7.20

Set country and go outside when nuvi find satellite then will remember country settings.
When you drive with car abov 20km/h then nuvi wont show license agreement any more.

Add your first region 41 from step 1 that you create in some safe place for backup.

What should I do to get traffic with garmin 3490 lmt with Navicom Russia NT 2013 map if I've American's device?

update your device webupdater including TrafficProvider.xml
or copy the current TrafficProvider.xml in .System folder.
Connect the TMC receiver and scan the air for providers of traffic. like so. I could be wrong.

In January I bought a Garmin GPS NUVI 2415LT with lifetime traffic here in Brazil. I applied a firmware 140.bin to release new features and ended up losing the function of traffic data because it does not recognize my antenna, GTM26. Does anyone know how I can do to recover this function? Or even recover the factory firmware, because I want it like the original.
Can anyone save me?

I think I'll quit. I'm not able to understand what to do and do not have the 41 regional file. I do not know how. If someone has to upload and can help me!

Add SD in your nuvi and turn nuvi On

When process is over your nuvi will reboot and turn on automatic (you must set country and other settings)

Fiz isso. Agora o Nuvi está numa tela aparecendo Toc ponto para ficar tocando a tela. Não reiniciou sozinho. Posso reiniciar???
