Thread: GTM36 and GTM26 problem with TMC on nuvi series 2xxx and 3xxx

Hi guys, I have read everything I could find on this forum but I haven't found an answer to my problem.
So I'm writing in this old thread and I hope someone can help me.
I got a GTM35 on my desk with the following problem during Traffic provider finds providers but TMC does not work.
9/e4/2/35 4 3 is the code but it does not show the traffic information, I have connected the receiver to 2 different NUVI's and the problem persists.
But when I connect the GTM36, the receiver accepts the 9/e4/2/35 0 4 information and displays it correctly.
on both GTM35/36 receivers the lifetime subscription to Radio SI/TrafficNav (SI) is also activated.
