Yes I am, but I am new to Garmin devices and trying to determine if what people are suggesting are in fact the tools I have downloaded and tried. And Yes I have tried that so far with no luck. I don't seem to be able to get the device to be recognized by my pc or into any screen without it rebooting or turning off.
