if driver installed, the hw driver detection should not start ... please confirm

- plugin the usb cable ti would go like charging mode
- remove usb cable, it would tell counting down and power off
- plug in usb cable again, it should jump to usb mass storage mode

if still not, seem your usb port or usb cable may the issue.
