Hi Catymag the model shown in Setting/Device/About/Model is 37xx. I'm flashed my unit to model 3770TH by using the procedure from another forum that they post the installation procedure just run unzip folder and extract to garmin drive then it will replace 6 files in the unit. After upgrade with this firmware my unit able to show POI but JCV still unable to show picture it just show pop up with gray box as well as I'm loss bluetooth function. I ever try to compare Garmin folder for GarminDevice.xml file from my back up and correct model to 3760T as well as adding some missing information but after save and reboot unit it will the existing one

You lost your model number, as said above by Aek , you should have backupped your Nv and reload it by sd in your nuvi to get it again like before.

Alternatively you can convert it to 34xx and enable all the features by *.xml files (attached in the above post)
But it wont give you back your model number ,but it will make it usable for Webupdater and Mapupdater without editing GarminDevice.xml everytime.

That's why , I continuosly write" Read with care and try to understand what are you going to do" . We should backup nuvi's NV before flashing anything , now we know how to If something goes wrong ,we can restore it completely.
